Celebrate Luke McMillin’s 2020 Baja 1000 win with your very own Luke McMillin Team shirt. Luke McMillin capped off another banner year for the McMillin family in desert racing on Saturday taking his first victory in the 53rd SCORE Baja 1000, in the early hours of the morning. Paired with off-road racing legend Larry Roesler, Luke finished the viciously rugged 898.40-mile racecourse with a time of 19 hours, 10 minutes and 25 seconds - with an average speed of 46.86 miles per hour.
The victory marked a sweep of the 2020 SCORE World Desert Championship in the premier Trophy Truck class for the McMillin family, after Luke’s brother Dan won the 52nd SCORE Baja 500 earlier in the year.
The McMillin family has been off-road racing for three generations and remain on top. Luke McMillin started 2020 on fire finishing 2nd at King of the Hammers, then winning The Mint 400, Silver State 300 and now the Baja 1000! Dan McMillin finished 4th place at King of the Hammers, 6th place at the Silver State 300 in his new Mason 4WD Trophy Truck and took the top spot at the 2020 Baja 500.
