Shipping Policy

At Dirt Co., our aim is to deliver excellent service and support from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep. We understand the importance of reliable shipping options and work diligently to ensure a smooth delivery process. Please keep in mind that we are a small business, and while we hope to be as big as Amazon one day we don’t currently have robots, a fleet of electric vehicles or delivery drones! We hand pack every order in the order it was received. But that also means you are not just a number to us. You’re a valued customer.

Shipping Provider: Almost all of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to offer you consistent and efficient delivery services. Note that this does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in two days. Note that we do ship to PO Boxes so long as the order ships via USPS. For oversize items like our Mint 400 RC Trucks we cannot ship those to PO boxes.

Shipping Options and Costs: We do not offer different shipping carriers/options as a standard practice; however, in some cases, we can make exceptions for expedited shipping. It is best to contact us prior to purchasing to arrange for any expedited shipping needs. Especially for things like birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system based on the weight of your package and the size of the box. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Handling Time: Our handling times average 1-2 business days from the date of your order. We process shipments Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends and all national holidays.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times can vary widely based on your location. As DirtCo is located in San Diego, California, please note that shipping times may vary especially for distant locations. The time it takes for your order to arrive is based on the day of the week you order, time of day, handling time, and things like the weather. Yea, mother nature! That said, on average your shipment will arrive to you within 3-4 business days.

International Shipping: We DO offer international shipping via USPS Priority Mail Express International and USPS Priority Mail International. The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties and taxes associated with their order.

Order Tracking: For every purchase with us, you will receive order and shipping notifications with a link to track your order, allowing you to follow your purchase as it makes its way to you.

Shipping Restrictions: Occasionally, though rarely, we will stock items that cannot be shipped to your state. This will be noted when you go to check out and you will have the option to remove those items from your cart.
